Celebration of the virgin of Carme

The feast of Our Lady of Carme in July has a special meaning in the villages with port.

In Arenys de Mar, boats of all kinds, big boats, fishing boats, sports and promenade boats, all well decorated for the occasion and ringing their horns, accompany the image of the virgin on her promenade.

While on the pier and around the harbor people enjoy the maritime procession.
